A weird thing in Music City

I found this thing in the Music City address. If you type in new.tamatown.com/chara/13900.swf you will see spot. And I noticed that if you change the number in that address, you can see all of the other tamagotchi's too. Why is this and could it possibly have anything to do with the spot code?

wEll, now i think most of the ppl have the Spot and Mocha codes and it's not special anymore. Last time i went on Music City. I walked around in Dazziltchi and saw 4 spot in the same AREA!! That's CRAZY!?
