A Teenager but still 0 years old?

My Tamagotchi Music Star has evolved into a teenager but it still says that he is 0 years old? What does this mean.

i dont have a music star but when i had my other tamagotchi it only turned older when it was adult so id just give it time

If you had downloaded it, it resets the time. Also, that means that it will turn older either later that day or the next day.

Normal if the battery is low. Once my battery was low and my Tama was five years old and was a teen! I replaced the battery and then it evolved into Mametchi.

As I write the same is happening to me. Lucy is a ringotchi and is 3. She hasn't turned into an adult yet

probably not because its a glitch, but if you change the time so it goes to sleep a lot, your tamagotchi will be 1 year older. but if you leave it on pause for a long time, it won't age much.
