A quick Entama Matchmaker question

My Memetchi met the requirements to turn into Makiko the same day she graduated, and I'm just waiting for her to change. She also currently meets the requirements for the Matchmaker to show up, and on the first visit I turned her down.

I suppose my question is (or questions, rather) is there any downside to turning her down while waiting for my character to turn into a secret character, and how long is this expected to take? I've seen a lot of sources say I have to wait three days, but I want to make sure.

Hello,

Memetchi will not turn into Makiko if she gets married, so you have to keep turning the Matchmaker down until she does.

She should become Makiko after she gets paid for the third time for working as an idol, which, as you stated, is supposed to happen 3 days after her graduation.

Do not worry about her becoming an Otokitchi, for this will not happen until she reaches 16 days of age.
