If it leaves a poop on the screen and I don't clean it up for a while does it count as a care mistake?

No. Care misses are counted when both happiness and hunger meters are empty/when the attention icon is lighted up.

Thanks! I thought not cleaning up was also a care miss because I noticed P's characters hardly ever beep for food or games (at least in my opinion)
