A inocent prank

Me and my friends are always pulling small pranks on each other but I was a bit revolted when one of my friends - the prankster pulled a yucky prank on my other friend.

She went into her locker (We know each others code) and put a dead baby bird in there.

The reason - To hear her scream. I was gobsmacked.

Do you think this is an average prank or taken too far?
