I just put in about 5 passwords from tamatown,onto my tamagotchi and it showed the present,but when I looked in ITEMS and SOUVENEIRS on my tamagotchi I didn't see any of them!PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

Mmmm.... never happened to me, try getting the souveniers again or if that doesn't work, try reset and downloading it.

The souvenirs are listed in order, of number from 1-32, so you may have lots of gaps in your souvenir list - giving the impression you haven't received the item. You need to use the A button to scroll through the souvenirs, you should find your missing items in there somewhere depending on their number ranking in the list!
