4U and NFC tags for phones that have nfc but are not compatible with 4u?

So i read something on here some time ago, i don't remember exactly where/who posted it....but they brought up the possibility of connecting our tamagotchi 4u to nfc tags when our phones themselves don't work with our tama. Has anyone figured this out, or tried it? Would the app even send items to the nfc tag? Would the tama 4U even read the nfc tags? Someone help me out so i know whether or not to buy some tags! Thanks

I don't think downloads can be written to NFC tags, the 4U probably won't be able to read it anyways unless you have the same model of tag as the Touch Spot cards.
