Are you sure you didn't accidentally turn the light off? Keep hitting A button until you're at the light icon, then press B to see if the lights are on or off. hope that helps! Kristine

My 7 year old daughter just got her first Tama V3. We tried to visit TamaTown, but when we input the passport number we get an "error" message. I searched all over this site but apparently I'm the only person who is having this problem! Any suggestions you have would be so helpful! TamaMommy
