Pretty close. Ura does mean "Other Side" or it could mean Underground [as in blackmarket] Urawaza means secret technique, Urabon, means blackmarket ****o books. It could also mean "fortune telling" as in Uranai Baba or Uranai seisou dama, fortune telling crystal ball.
