Ok i have a picture, and i want to upload it to become my avatar, and i set it under .gif, and its not working! why wont it work? it says your not allowed to upload personal pictures, but ive seen some people on this website do it before!

Ok, this is weird. My Tamagotchi, Tiger, isn't growing up. I don't know why. It's been like... 2 weeks. Tiger is a teenager, and WON'T grow to be an adult. I play with him everyday, so it's not like I'm neglecting him or anything. Why is this? Does it usually take this long? Any tips? :D...
