Unfortunately you cannot buy Devilgotchis in shops anymore. :P Try searching Ebay - I did once and there were none but keep searching every day and hopefully something will come up. You can do some subscribing thing so that Ebay will send you an email if there is anything matching your search...

The age counter can be faulty, especially if you have reset/downloaded or fiddled with the time. Really it is not the number on the counter that matters - Tamagotchis seem to have an inner "clock" that tells it when to evolve. StarTama :)

Your Tamagotchi has a base weight - it cannot go below this weight. Feed it a couple of snacks until it is 3LB above its base weight, then it should play. StarTama :)

It is normal for characters that are a result of bad care to call a lot. If you have a character that calls a lot, you are well on the way to getting Gozarutchi (or Maskutchi). StarTama :)
