Hanatchi is a poor care character. The best advice for getting a poor care character is to put your tamas happy/ hunger at eather 1/4 or 2/4 and let it drop to empty. When it beeps, ignore for 15 minutes, so you will receve a care miss (The call icon will stop being lit up when this happens)...

Semes to be but a minor glitch. You could try reset and downloading it and see if it goes away. Otherwise, I doubt it will have any major effect, other than possably makeing the matchmaker some as soon as you are an adult, or possably not at all, but at this time, that cannot be certain.
