please help me!

I ordered a tamagotchi school off of yesasia but when I go under the order tracking section on yesasia it does not show that it shipped it, it would of said tamagotchi school, the date it was sent, the time, and if it was shipped at all but it is not even posted so did it ship or not! HELP...
