It's a franchise based on one of the Tamagotchi characters named Kuchipatchi. It's basically all Kuchipatchi stuff of merchandise. The anime mini series stars him and his entire family. As far as I know that anime, it's supposed to be aimed towards everyone. At least it's being kept less girly...
