Yeah, changing the time on any Tama can often have this affect on time-based events (this can also include the age of your Tama). This can also happen with Tamas that have the pause feature and have been set to pause.

I like to think that Tamagotchis can transcend the boundaries of gender... For me, though, I usually don't mind the gender... Just as long as I'm not getting the same character over, and over, and over again. :D
