If you want to get a Tamagotchi Friends, try to get a Dream Town version or a US [wave 2] one. Tamagotchi Friends should be able to fit in the 4U soft cases.

I didn't know this when I made the topic but when trademarks are placed, the logo is often in grayscale. So it's likely the actual logo is in color. Also, when a new trademark is placed for a franchise, the categories will often relate to the main franchise instead of the specific trademark.

TBH it's not returning older characters like Chantotchi and Tosakatchi and stuff. It just removed all the Dream Town characters for some reason. The reason it changed was because the anime ended, not to hint a new Tamagotchi.
