Yep, I can also confirm what @iTamannadi said about the heart meaning it's an add on :)   They just get the happiness boost when they just put on the accessory. They won't get any further boosts just cause they're wearing it while you're playing a game with them or doing some other activity...

Hello fellow Tama carers, I'm on TMP 3 on my Osutchi and Mesutchi going onto TMP 4 soon, which I will let them evolve into Seniors/Oldies. Being vintage Tamas, do the Seniors have a set  lifespan? Or is their only possible death through care mistakes by getting needier and needier as they age...
