I usually find I get a sale when I have a toddler. I did do a topic on it on another forum once, trying to establish if it was only toddlers that got them- and found it to be that 90% of the time you get one around age 1, and the only times that adults got them were if the clock had been reset...

It must be that one of your item lists are full. Meals and snacks have a max. of 15 (so make them both 14 or less) The item list is 32 (so make sure it's 31 or less).

When a tama gets given a bad present- they do ususally jump and down a few times to show they are mad. I would imagine that is just a normal animation for your piroriroitchi when it gets a bad present.

Some items can only be used by adults- usually the items of clothing. Items that can be used by younger tamagotchi's are: baby= ball, lion, android (plant,lamp,chest,fishing pole) toddler= above items + blocks, gramophone teen= same as above adult= all the rest.

It sounds to me like one of your item lists are full on that tama. It may be a meal(max 15) a snack (max 15) or an item (max 32). You need to make sure when entering shop codes that you have at least one space on each list as one of the free codes is a meal - one is a snack and the rest are items.
