    Getting back into Tamas!

Furbies shouldn't usually wake up unless you pick them up and move them around! Unless you had a . . . haunted one? 👻 I actually saw an eBay listing for a supposedly haunted Furby. It was very entertaining to read. I kinda splurged since the time I made that last post and ordered two...

New Angel owner trying to understand angel power and deeds

Ack, I guess I need to be more attentive to hear when he's praying. Yes, the Angels are quieter. But he still has only pooped 2 or 3 times total! Yes, praise during praying did boost the angel power the one time I successfully managed to do that. It boosted it up to 20 when I think it was below...

New Angel owner trying to understand angel power and deeds

I just became a first-time owner of an Angel. He's only two years old, but I already feel like I'm not being a good Angel parent. I am doing fine with keeping his hunger hearts and "effort" hearts full by feeding and playing with him, but I've noticed the angel power rating and deeds meter are...

13 Tamagotchi Challenge - I'm losing my mind (Comments OK)

I know I'm getting to this thread a bit late, but I just wanted to say I really enjoyed this thread, and I got a huge kick out of it. THIRTEEN TAMAS at once! Oh man. Congrats on doing so well with that.

    Getting back into Tamas!

Thanks for pointing me to the thread! I tried running a search, but I somehow managed to totally fail to bring that one up, so I'm glad I asked. :p Just posted there. I think I vaguely remember there being some steps to take to get the Furbies to recognize each other, beyond just sitting them...

what have you got in the mail today *continued* <3

I am now a first-time Tamagotchi Angel owner! This beautiful new-old Tama arrived today! (Well, technically yesterday since it's well past midnight, but it's still Friday to me.) Based on what I've read, I think I got a decent deal on this on eBay, although it was more than I want to spend on a...

    Getting back into Tamas!

I got a Furby off eBay recently, a black and white one (my original one was black and brown, and then I also had a dalmation-looking one). I had to give this one a good cleaning, and he still smells a little strange if you sniff him closely, lol. I think I will be reselling him and getting a...

    Paint on '90s Tamagotchi

I think you lost me there! They're not all paint on plastic? As for hand creams, I use plain hand lotion some. A case is a potential idea if I can find one. Where's a good place to look for classic-sized open-front cases, if those exist? A quick search isn't pulling any up so far.

    He is dead

You definitely should! Tamagotchis (at least classic-style ones) are designed to have limited life spans. They will leave or die and then you raise a new one (on the same device; just reset it). And then the process will repeat again, and again, and again. It can be sad when you first experience...

Do You take your Tamas with you when going outside?

I have a rule for myself not to run more than 2 at once so they don't usurp too much of my time. I'm self-employed and work from home, and it's easy to get distracted and be unproductive. Right now I'm running a P2 and my Nano Baby. So I have freedom to take care of them during my workday. As...

How often do yall play with your tamas in school if u do?

Bless your heart. This is a cute topic. Add me to the list of folks who are too old for this apply to (I'm in my 30s now), but it applied in the late '90s! I remember my friend and I having our virtual pets at school in elementary school. There was a girl (not in our class or circle) who had a...

Sounds pretty normal, then. I'm sad it's happening so fast. :(

    Paint on '90s Tamagotchi

So I've noticed that this P2 I recently got off eBay, purchased new in box, already has paint rubbing off it after about 19 days of use (I've been noticing it for some days now). Not sure if the pictures really show it adequately, but I tried to get a couple photos. Is it typical of '90s...

Do you remember your first tama?

Yep, the first one I had was a gold P2 with black button in the '90s. I was in elementary school. I had a few other virtual pets, but that was my only Tamagotchi. I just replaced that one recently with a gold one exactly like it. So nostalgic! :giggle:

    Re-introduction

Hi! Welcome back to you from a new member! Just joined recently myself. Sorry to hear you've had a loss recently. I'm glad your Tamagotchis are able to help you feel better in some way. Sometimes simple things like that really make a big difference, especially when they're nostalgic!

    Screwdriver for Vintage Tamagotchis

Wow, it really didn't occur to my brain to do that conversion, so thank you! Lol. I actually succeeded in getting one screw out with the 3 mm screwdriver (strange it seemed to fit a bit better than the 2.5). Rather than try excessively on the extremely stubborn one, I ordered some ScrewGrab...

    Getting back into Tamas!

Nope, I'm new to Tama Talk, and this is the first time I've used a Tamagotchi in YEARS! I felt like a dork getting into them again as an adult, but I'm happy to see other fans, at least some of whom are adults. Lol Thanks for the welcome!

    Screwdriver for Vintage Tamagotchis

Hey everyone, I'm new and was going to post a question pretty much like this but figured it may be preferred for me to post in this existing thread. I'd appreciate if people would refrain from answering with "Take it to a jewelry or watch counter." I've read about people taking their vintage...
