Bandai is from Japan. Since China makes the plastic part and Japan makes the microchips China gets it instantly. But Japan does most of the work. If you go to the internet you'll see tons of other tamas you've never heard of or seen since they were only released in Japan.

Mine got married at eight. I was riding my scooter I heard a weird beep but didn't bother to look at it until an hour latewr the match make was still there. (It was V1 mine still hasn't married in my V3) :)
