“Aliens don’t exist!”
Yeah. I’ve gotten that a THOUSAND TIMES. I try to warn people, but they don’t listen.
They SO exist! If you don’t believe me, you’re crazy. I ain’t crazy! I KNOW they exist! I’ve been in contact with SO MANY!
But this, oh THIS is the story we’ve all been waiting for! THIS confirms alien existence! THIS so does! And if you think I’m crazy, YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO TAKE A DANG LOOK!

This insane story starts on a Monday. The thing was, my friend got surgery, so she needs to take the school elevator. So, I take her books in there. And my little brother, Jack, follows along.
Well, today, we accidentally pressed the highest level. And when we did, the escape door opened.
We crawled through it. Then we found…the secret floor.
There were all kinds of crazy technology.
Then, I found a window, and looked through it.
“Hey! You can see Mrs. E.’s room through this window!” I said.
“Katie!” my friend said.
“Hi Mrs. E.!” I waved to her.
She saw me, and look mortified so she just looked down.
“What’s her problem?” I said.
“Let’s go!” my friend said.
Then, Jack pushed me out of the way and screamed:
“Hey, aliens! We have your Napoli! If you ever wanna see him again, invade our school!” he said.
And in the blink of an eye, my friend pulled us right back in the elevator, and nothing has happened since.
But hey, what can you expect from a 5th grader?

Then, the insaneness starts on Friday. It was stormy. Yeah, we had a bad thunderstorm. But luckily, no one got hurt.
So we go into school. I go to my 8th grade homeroom, and Jack went to his 5th grade homeroom.
Nothing happened, not until Study Hall.
Jack came in screaming in the room.
“Gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go!!!!” he screamed. “The aliens are coming!” he continued. “Gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta go gotta gooooooooooo!!!!!” he said.
My eyes widened.
I looked over at Mr. Napoli, my Study Hall teacher, which I KNEW who was an alien! He just had some stupid human costume on. He could fool the others, but not me.
“You have something to do with all this!” I yelled at him.
“What are you talking about?” he said.
“YOU! You’re an alien! You’re damaging my brother’s brain! I knew it all along!” I yelled.
He ripped off his costume, and everyone gasped.
“Smart you are.” He said. “But I’m BETTER!” he continued.
“Try me.” I said.
In a flash, I pulled out my device made out of a broken V3 Tamagotchi. (Don’t ask.)
I flipped the switch, and it turned into a special alien saber.
He pulled out his alien saber.
Everyone ran out.
We started to fight.
My brother was still running around screaming.
The first place I hit him, is the place where no man (or alien) wants to be hit…
He fell down, and he passed out.
I pushed a button that made my saber back into my device. I waved it around Jack, and he stopped with the nonsense.
“Katie, what happened?” he said.
“Aliens…” I said. “Don’t shout.” I continued.
“What are we gonna do?” he said.
I waved the device around the two of us three times, and we were on the secret floor.
“Whoa.” He said.
Then I had my device spit out a special candy.
“Take this. It will protect your brain.” I said.
“Thanks.” He said.
He ate the candy, and then I gave myself some candy.
Then, a purple thing fell from the sky, and crashed in.
“Whazza whoa, it’s Barney.” I said.

Then, I got a closer look. It wasn’t Barney! It was…another alien.
“What do you want?!” I yelled.
The alien backed away.
“Wait.” I said.
I pushed a few buttons on my device. Within seconds I activated the part which the little alien, my brother and I would be able to understand each other.
“What are you?” I said.
“My name is Europe. I am a honker and I come from Odawa. It’s a planet. I have come to assist Earth. There is someone named Katie who is due…for something.” He said.
“I’m Katie! What is it?” I said.
“I don’t know. All I know that it involves another alien. Someone from Tamagotchi Planet. He’s due to come in a few hours.” He said.
“Nick.” I said.
“Who’s Nick?” Europe asked.
“Nick. He was my first Tamagotchi. His birthday is today.” I said.
“Then I guess he is supposed to come back to Earth.” He said.
“But we have a problem.” I said.
“What?” he said.
Then, Mr. Napoli crashed in. And his human costume wasn’t on.
“I have you now!” he said.
“Is he it?” Europe said.
“Yep.” I said.

I quickly pulled out my device, and swished it around and flicked it, and my spaceship came out of the device. I pushed Jack in it.
“Let’s go, Europe!” I said.
Europe and I got in the ship, and we blasted off.

“What are we gonna do?” Jack said.
“Nick is due back on Earth at 6:00 this evening.” Europe said.
“Then were gonna have to meet him.” I said.
“Are you crazy? Mr. Napoli is after us!” Jack said.
Europe handed me a necklace. It had a charm of a dark blue alien egg on it.
“This will help you with your mission.” He said.
“Will you help me too?” I said.
“I must. It’s my duty to the Galaxies.” He said.
“Thank you.” I said.
We kept driving around in the sky.
“Where are we going to go?” Jack said.
“Wherever Nick wants us to go.” I said.
I looked over at Europe.
“I don’t know where he wants you.” Europe said.
“In that case, were going back to the school.” I said.

“Are you crazy?” Jack said. “Mr. Napoli is AFTER us, Katie!”
“I know. But it’s one of the only places left to go.” I said.
“We must follow what she says.” Europe said. “She raised Nick. She knows what to do.”
“Let’s go.” I said.
I didn’t know what to do next. I had a feeling we had to go back to the school. But why? That’s one thing I couldn’t understand. But it was my instincts. I knew my instincts were telling me Nick wanted to meet me somewhere else, but I had a feeling I was needed here first.
We got out of my ship, and I pressed a button and the ship went back into my device. I put it back into my pocket.
“Wait, can you come in with me?” I asked Europe.
“Nothing told me I couldn’t” he said.
So, I went back into the building, knowing there was an alien teacher was after me, with an alien necklace over my neck, and with an actual alien following me.
I looked at the clock on my device. Oh great. I was still in study hall.
I walked in with Europe and glared at Mr. Napoli.
“No pets in class.” He mumbled.
“He’s not my pet.” I growled.
Then, he saw my necklace. His eyes widened, and then his expression turned back into a mean glare.
I looked down and Europe, and he just winked at me.
Then, I looked at my necklace. What’s special about it?
I sat down in my desk, and looked at my necklace. Then, just when I began to hold it, it glowed green.
“Europe! What’s happening?” I yelled.
“It means that an aliens near! You activated the necklace!” he yelled.
“What does it do?” I yelled.
Then, I saw Mr. Napoli run towards me.
“Run!” Europe said.
I screamed, and all the other kids screamed and ran out.
I quickly pulled out my device, and waved it in front of me when Mr. Napoli was just about to grab hold of me.
Mr. Napoli froze and was glowing.
The room was empty, and I ran to the door.
“Let’s go!” Europe said.
I looked back, and then I followed Europe and ran away.

Europe pulled me in the elevator, and then we headed up to the secret floor.
“Tell me! What does the necklace do?” I said, worried.
“Katie, you are the chosen one. You were chosen to defend your planet from those extra-terrestrials who want to take it over for themselves. The necklace gives you special advantages to defend yourself, and your planet. This necklace will glow when a new alien is around. This necklace makes you stronger, wiser, faster, and better for when you are fighting. This necklace also shows people that you have been chosen, and to trust you, or to avoid you. This necklace also protects you from aliens sucking your brain out. This necklace is special.” He said.
“Wow.” I said.
“But, it is not complete yet.” He said.
“What?” I said.
“Your necklace will be fully usable at 6:00 this evening when Nick comes to Earth to complete your necklace. You will then be the ultimate defender of your planet.” He said.
“Amazing!” I said.
So I was the chosen one. No wonder I knew Mr. Napoli was an alien!
Then, I peered through the window to get a view of Mrs. E.’s room.
There were kids running in circles and screaming, and some were getting abducted.
“Oh no!” I said.
“If they had the candy, they’ll be fine.” He said.
“That means I don’t need to worry about Jack.” I said.
“That’s good.” He said.
“Europe, I know what I need to do.” I said.
“Then I must accept your choice, and guide you. I have been sent for you, the chosen one.” He said.
I looked over at him.
I walked over to him, and waved my device around us.
Then, we were back on the main floor, where kids were screaming and running around us, and were being chased by aliens.
I knew, the aliens were here.

I pushed a button that turned my device into a saber.
And for the rest of the afternoon, I fought aliens.
Then, when the bell rang, all the aliens were frozen or just goop on the ground, and all the kids ran outside waiting for buses. Some just ran home thinking that the buses were UFOs.
Then, I put away my device, scooped up Europe, and went to find Jack.
Eventually I found him, and then the three of us took the ship from my device home.
Jack spent the rest of the day trying to convince my parents that there were really ALIENS attacking us at school today.
I just went into my room, and fell asleep with Europe curled up next to me, who didn’t sleep at all.

At exactly 5:59 PM, Europe poked me.
“Katie, it’s time.” He whispered.
“Ok.” I said.
It was time. I could feel it.
Europe and I ran outside, into the back yard.
Wind was blowing around us, the sky was dark, and everything was going green.
I looked over at the tree house. This is where Nick wanted to meet me.
I looked over at Europe, and pointed at the tree house.
“Come on! Let’s go!” I called.
The two of us ran over to the tree house, and climbed up the ladder into it.
I sat down, and Europe sat right in front of me.
I pulled out my device, just in case.
The world around us was getting greener, and the sky clouded up with green clouds.
Then, a UFO came through the clouds, and it stopped. It was Nick’s spaceship.
Then, from in back of me, I heard “Get her! Before she becomes more powerful!”
It was Mr. Napoli’s voice. He was trying to stop Nick.
“No!” I said.
I clicked my device into a saber.
Then, Europe put his paw on me.
“No. I’ll go.” He said. “Fulfill your destiny and go to Nick!” he said.
I looked back at Europe, and I saw him flap his arms and fly to fight the Martians.
Then, I looked back at Nick’s spaceship, and he got out.
Nick used his batwings (he’s a Masktchi) and flew over.
Everything was green. Nick pulled away my device from me using his Tamagotchi force powers. Then, he turned my device into an atomic ball, and made it expand, and it glowed so much that I shielded my eyes, and closed them.
When I opened my eyes, Nick was gone, and so were the Martians. The sky was still green, and Europe was still flying in back of me.
Then I looked down at what I was wearing. It was the most awesome jumpsuit! It was light blue, and it covered every part of me but my head. And over it, was a dark green miniskirt, a dark green T-Shirt with lime green sleeves, a watch that looked like my device, and lime green sneakers. Then I saw my necklace. It was still on me. But it had changed too. There was a button on it. The button was shaped like a Tamagotchi egg, and it looked like one. It was like green, and the dots were purple gems. Then I felt the back of my head. My blonde hair was not down, but in a ponytail! And my glasses were still on.
I looked over at Europe.
“Europe, what happened?” I asked him when I turned over to him.
“You’re complete. Now you’re the defender of your planet.” He said.
He landed down right in front of me. I squatted down to his level.
“Where’s my device? Why am I in these clothes?” I asked.
“The device is your watch now. When you’re in your defender mode, your watch is your device. When you’re just a normal girl, your watch is just a plain watch. You are in those clothes because you’re in your defender mode. When you switch back, you’ll look and be dressed just like you were before, only your necklace will be different, and you’ll have your watch on.” He said,
“But how do I change back?” I asked.
“Just press the button on your necklace.” He said.
“So, what can I do now?” I asked.
“You can now sense things having to do with aliens. In your defender mode or not. When there’s an alien around, your necklace glows. I just don’t count because I’m your guide. You are now even faster, stronger, and more powerful. Your watch is the key to your fighting. It has everything your device had, and even more. You’ll just have to find out everything on your own. I think you’ll know, because you’re the chosen one.” He said.
“Won’t you be here to be my guide? What happened to Mr. Napoli and the Martians?” I asked.
“Mr. Napoli and the rest of the Martians are back on Mars. It will be a while before they get back. Probably a few days. But be on your toes.” He said.
“But you didn’t answer my guide question!” I said.
“Katie, my time is up. My mission was to guide you here. Someone else will guide you through the rest of your days. I have to go back to my galaxy, and my planet.” He said.
“But who?” I asked.
Then, he started rising up and through the sky, then he paused, farted, and an egg came out of his butt, and landed on the ground. Then, Europe went through the clouds, and, probably back to his planet.
The clouds went away, and so did the greenness.
Then, I climbed down from the tree house, and towards the egg.
It was dark blue. Then, the egg hatched.
It was a baby honker! He was so cute! He looked like Europe!
I pressed the button on my necklace, scooped up the baby honker, and went inside.
All my questions were now answered. I knew what I had to do.

“You can now sense things having to do with aliens. In your defender mode or not. When there’s an alien around, your necklace glows. I just don’t count because I’m your guide. You are now even faster, stronger, and more powerful. Your watch is the key to your fighting. It has everything your device had, and even more. You’ll just have to find out everything on your own. I think you’ll know, because you’re the chosen one.” He said.
“Won’t you be here to be my guide? What happened to Mr. Napoli and the Martians?” I asked.
“Mr. Napoli and the rest of the Martians are back on Mars. It will be a while before they get back. Probably a few days. But be on your toes.” He said.
“But you didn’t answer my guide question!” I said.
“Katie, my time is up. My mission was to guide you here. Someone else will guide you through the rest of your days. I have to go back to my galaxy, and my planet.” He said.
“But who?” I asked.
Then, he started rising up and through the sky, then he paused, farted, and an egg came out of his butt, and landed on the ground. Then, Europe went through the clouds, and, probably back to his planet.
The clouds went away, and so did the greenness.
Then, I climbed down from the tree house, and towards the egg.
It was dark blue. Then, the egg hatched.
It was a baby honker! He was so cute! He looked like Europe!
I pressed the button on my necklace, scooped up the baby honker, and went inside.
All my questions were now answered. I knew what I had to do.
